Prepare the Package
Place the unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging with all DOAF. performance tags still attached to ensure a valid return.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects the gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
